I *cannot* seem to keep fresh veg in the house. No matter how much I buy on Monday, it's gone by Thursday. The fruit is also sometimes a problem, but I cannot keep up with the veg. I suspect we are all pigs and will just eat until it's gone! I'm going to buy a bushel of kale next Monday and see.
