Yesterday was a day of rest, but this morning, I was up early and back at it! I took a 2 mile power walk and returned home to a fresh light breakfast of Clementine oranges and a tall glass of water mixed with the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Back on track!
P.S. Today's play list was a shuffle of upbeat tunes from 1980's hairbands. (My husband's albums.)
