So obviously, this was a tough week because of travel and family celebrations. But, no harm, no foul. I'm back on track and looking forward to more weight loss this coming week.

hi! I'm reading your blog ever since it started and just to say you're so cool, yes, there are weeks such as this one, but the most important thing is to think long term and be positive. Way to go, girl!
