This week has been a whirl wind as we have family staying with us. However, I've been pretty careful about staying on my eating plan. In the past two weeks, I dropped a total of 7 pounds. So, on the heels of last week's big weight loss and the also the loss from the week before, I was expecting another big week. But no. I think that my body is actually adjusting to this new way of life by holding onto the weight this week. But I don't see this as a problem. I'm happy to allow my body some room to re-structure itself. When I stepped on the scale this morning, the digital dial couldn't decide if I'd lost a pound or not. It kept blipping back and forth. Maybe I lost a half pound. Who knows. For our purposes, I'm going to say that I maintained my weight this week. I didn't lose and I didn't gain. So today, nothing. Just a healthy stable body. Good enough for me, eh?

The "I Did It" List
Stuck to my eating plan.
Tried three brand new raw recipes - they were a hit!
Went swimming with my three year old.
P.S. On a separate note, my husband lost another 2 pounds this week while eating on my diet plan. So his total loss since July 1st is 13 pounds! Isn't that awesome?

Just found your blog... ! Love your openness & honesty! You're doing amazing! Keep up the awesome weight loss! You have motivated me... Thank you! :)
Hey! I just got my mother-in-law to drop off the juicer she hasn't been using so I can try this green lemonade you speak of :) I'd love to start my day off with those. Think I could make a big back and freeze it in portions and take them out the night before? I'd love to NOT clean the juicer ever day.... I can already see that being the main problem.

Agata,
The juice is best when its freshly juiced, but freezing it and thawing it out in small portions will still be very good for you! I'm so excited for you to try it. You'll have to report back and tell me how its going. XOXOX Thanks as always for reading.
