Hello dear readers. I usually weigh in on Monday and post a little list of good things that I did for my weight loss plan. But today, I'm giving myself a little break. I'm moody and bloated and serving my monthly sentence for being a woman. Instead of weighing myself, I'm going to eat a banana almond smoothie, shove some tampons in my purse and pack my kids in the car for a therapeutic trip to IKEA. I'm in the process of detoxing my pantry and throwing / giving away all the processed foods I've been storing since Bill Clinton was president. IKEA will help me organize all my new whole foods. Don't worry, 'll be back next week for my weigh-in.
