Today, I'm starting simple. Eat more plants. That's it. I started the morning with green juice and a banana. Then for lunch braised brussel sprouts, onions and garlic in an egg scramble. My goal for this week is to start every morning with green juice and fruit. As always - baby steps.

Go Sarah! You can do this. But if I could offer a piece of advice - just remember, do what you can live with long term. It doesn't ever have to be an all or nothing proposition. We sure have missed you and look forward to reading about your journey in Utah! xoxo
Sarah- Well, I'm in trouble as I went to Son H's poetry reading at school in which he read to all the parents assembled that if he ruled the world there would be no healthy foods at dinner. When I grilled him later he said he'd make an exception for cherries.
I will make that boy love his plants!
