Boot Camp

I want to change things up with my exercise routine,
so I've decided to go to boot camp.

Not that kind of boot camp:

This kind of boot camp:

There's an instructor who runs a mommy centered boot camp just three blocks from my house and she also offers a free baby sitting co-op.  How could I pass it up?  Well, I couldn't.  I've signed up for a full month of classes.  If November goes well, I'll keep at it.  If I hate it.. well, I'm not above announcing my wimpy-ness to the world and quitting.  Wish me luck.  My physical assessment is tomorrow and then I go two days a week starting next week.  Boo-yah!

I think you'll love it AND hate it. I did. If it's outdoors it's even better. Just do what they tell you to do, don't whine (like I do) and in a few weeks you'll start seeing results. Hopefully they'll keep the exercises mixed up and different. When you start to know what's coming and how many reps you'll have to do? Total torture~ Have fun!

you'll be that good kind of sore.

Love it! Way to go Sarah! I have found that group fitness is the most rewarding for me, and holds me accountable more than doing it on my own. Ps I am down 13! I am finally on the right track. About 13 to go...

and if you haven't seen the the scene in Bridesmaids where they go to Bootcamp you have to watch. Awesome.
