The Undy 5000
After a hiatus from running 5Ks (my last one was on July 15th) I've registered to run the Undy 5000 on October 27th! Thank you to my reader, Lana, who alerted me to this awesome race to fight colon cancer. The best part? Participants wear their underwear on the outside of their clothes. Sounds like a good time to me! Anyone want to join me?

I can't that day, but I'll see the participants running at the lake! It sounds like a fun race, and for a fantastic cause!
Sounds tempting. I will have to see if my husband is in town for that one so I can run it.
Be sure to post a few photos of this event! I bet it will be fun.
