Yesterday, someone asked me what's on the menu when I do a juice fast. I usually stick to a green juice recipe called Green Lemonade that I first found in The Raw Detox Diet by Natalia Rose. As I've said before, some of the stuff in that book is bat shit crazy. But some of it is REALLY great. I also change it up sometimes and use the juice recipes found in the raw recipes section on my blog.
So here is the menu:
Green Juice (all day)
Water or Sparkling Water (all day)
Green Tea (at night to fight the munchies)
